Flavus Works
Kısaca: Waqt sizden hesap açmanızı istemez, sizi tanımlamaz ve verilerinizi satmaz. Namaz vakitlerini hesaplamak için konumunuza ihtiyaç duyar; bu konum telefonunuzda kalır.
Sunucumuz yoktur. Namaz takibiniz, ayarlarınız ve konumunuz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde hepsi silinir.
Waqt uygulaması Flavus Works tarafından geliştirilmektedir. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verilere eriştiğini, bunları neden kullandığını ve kimlerle paylaştığını açıklar.
Namaz vakitleri, bulunduğunuz coğrafi konuma göre hesaplanır. Bu nedenle uygulama konum izni ister. Konum bilginiz:
Konumunuz yalnızca uygulama açıkken alınır. Uygulama arka planda konumunuzu takip etmez. Son bilinen konumunuz, internet olmadığında da vakitleri hesaplayabilmek için cihazınızda saklanır.
Konum izni vermezseniz uygulama çalışmaya devam eder; bu durumda varsayılan bir şehir kullanılır ve vakitler o şehre göre hesaplanır.
Aşağıdakiler yalnızca telefonunuzun kendi depolama alanında tutulur; bize veya başka bir yere gönderilmez:
Ad, soyad, e-posta, telefon numarası, kimlik bilgisi, rehber, fotoğraf, ödeme bilgisi veya cihaz tanımlayıcısı toplamıyoruz. Hesap açma zorunluluğu yoktur. Kullanım analizi (analytics) veya çökme raporlama aracı kullanmıyoruz.
Uygulama, yalnızca aşağıdaki işlevler için harici servislere bağlanır:

Bu servisler kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. Bunların dışında hiçbir veriniz hiç kimseyle paylaşılmaz. Verilerinizi satmıyoruz ve reklam amacıyla kimseye aktarmıyoruz.
Uygulamanın bu sürümünde reklam bulunmamaktadır. İleride reklam eklenmesi hâlinde bu politika güncellenecek, reklam kimliği (advertising ID) kullanımı burada açıkça belirtilecek ve Avrupa Birliği kullanıcıları için gerekli onay ekranı gösterilecektir.
Namaz vakti bildirimleri tamamen cihazınızda oluşturulur ve zamanlanır. Bildirim göndermek için sunucu kullanmıyoruz; hiçbir bildirim verisi internete çıkmaz.
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz. Zaten kimlik tespitine yarayan hiçbir veri toplanmamaktadır.
Verileriniz cihazınızın kendi korumalı uygulama alanında saklanır. Bizim erişebileceğimiz bir kopyası yoktur. Verileri dilediğiniz zaman uygulama ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya uygulamayı kaldırarak tamamen silebilirsiniz; uygulamayı sildiğinizde tüm veriler cihazınızdan kalıcı olarak silinir.
Verileriniz yalnızca sizin cihazınızda bulunduğu için erişim, düzeltme ve silme haklarınızı doğrudan kendiniz kullanabilirsiniz. Bize iletmeniz gereken bir talep oluşmaz. Yine de sorularınız için aşağıdaki adresten bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
Politika değiştiğinde bu sayfa güncellenir ve yürürlük tarihi yenilenir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde ayrıca bildirilir.

In short: Waqt does not ask you to create an account, does not identify you, and does not sell your data. It needs your location to calculate prayer times, and that location stays on your phone.
We run no server. Your prayer tracking, settings and location are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
Waqt is developed by Flavus Works. This policy explains what data the app accesses, why it uses it, and who it is shared with.
Prayer times are calculated from your geographic position, so the app asks for location permission. Your location is used to:
Location is read only while the app is open. The app does not track your location in the background. Your last known location is stored on your device so that prayer times can still be calculated without an internet connection.
If you decline location permission the app still works; a default city is used and times are calculated for it.
The following is kept only in your phone's own storage and is never sent to us or anywhere else:
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, identity documents, contacts, photos, payment details or device identifiers. No account is required. We use no analytics and no crash reporting.
The app connects to external services only for the following:

These services are governed by their own privacy policies. Nothing else about you is shared with anyone. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to anyone for advertising purposes.
This version of the app contains no advertising. If advertising is added in future, this policy will be updated, any use of an advertising ID will be stated here, and the required consent screen will be shown to users in the European Union.
Prayer time notifications are created and scheduled entirely on your device. We use no server to deliver them, and no notification data leaves your phone.
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them. No identifying data is collected from anyone.
Your data is stored in your device's protected app storage. We hold no copy of it. You can reset it at any time from the app's settings, or remove it completely by uninstalling the app, which permanently deletes all of it from your device.
Because your data lives only on your device, you can exercise your rights of access, correction and deletion directly yourself; there is no request you need to send us. You are welcome to contact us with any questions.
If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the effective date revised. Significant changes will also be announced inside the app.
